The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 68(FIN) "An Act making a supplemental appropriation for certain elections for educational attendance area school boards and coastal resource service area boards; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Taylor moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
